CHICKY is a ghost kitchen (virtual restaurant concept) which is operated out of Lucky Louie Fish Shack in the central terminal at Sea Tac Airport. All ordering is done digitally through a QR code, our website, or the OrderSEA app, guests will pick up CHICKY at Lucky Louie Fish Shack.

"CHICKY was created to fill a need for a chicken focused concept at Sea-Tac" says founder, Chef Kathy Casey. "We wanted to create menu items that are familiar and craveable for Sea-Tac Dining."
"CHICKY also has a fun backstory too. At our test kitchen we have a large porcelain chicken, we are not entirely sure where it even came from, but everyone thought it was really cute. One day it started wearing a pair of sparkly horn-rim glasses and from that moment on it became our kitchen mascot, CHICKY. CHICKY has even starred in my cookbook D'lish Deviled Eggs. As she is a bit of a star chicken, who better to base this new concept on!" (Casey laughs.)
